Did things to pump quad and reduce quad tendon pain
Hip stretch worked really well but still painfully uncomfortable and awkward in descent of squat
So snatch balance was brief and i didn't squat.

The push press was slow and weak, i feel weak,
I was trying to get up on my toes and sometimes felt connected to the bar, but my power transfer doesn't feel good from a slightly awkward rear rack, which doesnt make sense
"Traps high" is a cue that makes sense to me

can barely use ab wheel, when i first tried using it a long time ago i could go all the way down, now my core tenses up long before my body is close to the floor. maybe need to massage abs, who knows
